How many pets can you include?
For the best clarity of the portrait, we can only illustrate a maximum of one pet per mug.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! You can rest assured that your image will stay bright and beautiful even if put in the dishwasher or microwave.
What size options are there and what is it made out of?
We have both 11oz and 15 oz mugs. Both mugs feature one handle and are made from ceramic.
How many characters of text can each line include?
10 characters of text maximum can be added per line.
Do you do human portraits?
We can do human portraits, but that isn’t our specialty.
Which features can be customized?
Features that can be customized include text color, font color, font, font size and text alignment and a photo/image of your choice which will be printed directly on the product this may differ from product to product.
Does it matter what’s in the background of my photo?
Not at all. As long as your fur baby is in natural light, is not blurry, and the photo is taken on a modern smartphone, it will be perfect!
How do you produce your artwork?

If your photo is in black and white, then our artists will make the artwork black and white. Please note that we use the original photo as the reference. If your pet pulls a goofy face in the photo, then they’ll have a goofy face in their portrait too!
